We have an exciting position for a Plant Learnership. The role of the Plant Learnership Training Programme for plant learners is a 2-year experiential learning at Sishen Mine.

Requirements for Anglo American Learnerships Programme

  • Grade 12 certificate with maths literacy or maths
  • A certificate or statement of result if the certificate is not yet issued (progress reports will not be accepted).
  • You must pass a medical assessment before the leadership will commence. 
  • Updated, complete CV (include race, gender, contact number(s) and e-mail address)
  • Original certified copy of ID Document
  • Original certified copy of driver’s license (optional)
