Job Description
- Prepare the restaurant for service.
- Greets guests at the door or assigned tables, using the correct Ocean Basket greeting
- Communicate with tables while taking orders, using all upselling opportunities, placing orders correctly on POS, consolidating it with different sections, and on completion serve it to customers
- Continuously cleans and resets tables
- Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Should know all the items on the menu and the basic ingredients and methods of preparation of each.
- Keep the working area clean all the time
Qualifications & Experience
- grade 12 is needed
- Past experience as a waiter or waitress will add an advantage.
